ALYSON B. MILLER

ATTORNEY AT LAW

Alyson earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2004, and has been a practicing attorney for 15 years. While at Maryland, Alyson realized her passion for family law when she was a clerk for Special Master Christopher Panos in the Family Division, Baltimore City Circuit Court, 8th Judicial Circuit. It was this passion that brought her back to Columbus where she immediately began practicing family law.

Alyson grew up in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Thomas Worthington High School. She graduated Cum Laude from Miami University of Ohio, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. While at Miami, Alyson was a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority and Miami University Mock Trial team. She was also twice named an Intercollegiate All-American by the American Mock Trial Association. During her senior year, Alyson served as co-captain and helped lead her team to win the National Championship. 

Alyson has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine for being one of the state’s outstanding young domestic relations lawyers. She has been featured in Columbus CEO magazine’s Top Lawyer issue among an elite group of Columbus lawyers recognized for their legal abilities and professional ethical standards.

Alyson serves as President of the Board for Partners for Community and Character in Worthington and is on the advisory board of The Gateway Film Center. She is a member of The Ohio State Bar Association and Columbus Bar Association, where she currently serves as Chair of the Family Law Committee. Alyson is a member of the Central Ohio Academy of Collaborative Divorce Professionals (COACDP), as well as the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).

EIMEAR M. BAHNSON

ATTORNEY AT LAW

Eimear received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Capital University Law School and has worked in the family law area for nearly a decade. 

Eimear grew up in Upper Arlington, Ohio and graduated from Upper Arlington High School. She earned a double major in Finance and Management from Villanova University and was the recipient of the 2006 Villanova University Student Leadership Award. 

Eimear has been recognized professionally by the Columbus Bar Association, where she serves on the Board of Governors, is the past Chair of the Family Law Committee and current trustee for the Columbus Bar foundation. She was named to Business First’s “People to Know in the Legal Community” in 2017 and was inducted into the 2018 class of “Forty Under Forty.” Eimear is a member of the Central Ohio Academy of Collaborative Divorce Professionals (COACDP), as well as the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).

Eimear’s charitable work has included volunteering at The James Cancer Hospital, St. Lawrence Haven, The Sparks Foundation (London, UK) and Nationwide Children’s Pleasure Guild where she was Vice President.

BRIANNA J. WALSH

ATTORNEY AT LAW

Brianna joined Miller Bahnson in 2019 bringing several years of legal experience to the firm. She concentrates her practice in family law representing parties in dissolution proceedings, complex divorces, and child custody proceedings. She is a certified Guardian Ad Litem.

Brianna was born and raised in Findlay, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University, with a minor in psychology. Upon graduation from The Ohio State University, Brianna attended Capital University’s paralegal program. After working several years as a paralegal at a general practice law firm in Dublin, Ohio, she enhanced her education at Capital University Law School. While in law school, she concentrated her studies on litigation and gained valuable experience participating in many organizations geared toward her love of family law. She received the CALI Award in the Ligation Clinic and Practicum where she served as a judicial intern on multiple domestic relations cases. She competed in oral arguments in the National Moot Court Competition in Child Welfare & Adoption Law, served on Capital’s Moot Court Executive Board, and on Capital’s Child and Family Law Advocates’ Executive Board. Brianna also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Elizabeth Gill in Franklin County’s Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court.

Brianna is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Women Lawyers of Franklin County.

LINDSAY F. DUNN

Attorney at Law

Lindsay grew up in Columbus, Ohio, graduating from Bexley High School before attending Georgetown University in Washington, DC. While in DC, she spent a semester interning on Capitol Hill for Congressman Pat Tiberi. Her passion for the law emerged as she sat in legislative meetings, gave tours of the U.S. Capitol building and observed interactions between the Congressman and constituents. Lindsay graduated from Georgetown in 2008, earning her Bachelor of Science degree with concentrations in business and English.

 In 2014, she earned her Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, graduating Magna Cum
Laude. She gained valuable experience at Capital through her participation in the Legal Clinic, Law Review Journal, and the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Guardian ad Litem program.

Currently, Lindsay is a member of the Columbus Bar Association and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), CASA, a volunteer for the Freedom a la Cart organization and is one of the founding members of the Community Shelter Board Women Leaders.  She is passionate about enabling and counseling families to end conflict and seek more enriching lives.

Briana L. Morris

Attorney at Law

Briana graduated with honors in 2016 from Ashland University with a Bachelor’s Degree in political science and history, and thereafter graduated from Capital University Law School in 2019. During her time at Capital, Briana acted as a peer advisor for incoming students and participated in the school’s mock trial team, where she was awarded for her oral advocacy and brief writing skills. During her 2018 fall semester, Briana had the esteemed pleasure of working as a judicial law clerk for Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor of the Ohio Supreme Court.

Upon admission to the Ohio Bar, Briana began practicing as a consumer law attorney with a small firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. However, during this time, Briana kept reflecting upon her experience as an extern for Judge Elizabeth Gill, a Franklin County Common Pleas Court judge in the Domestic and Juvenile Division, and how much she enjoyed interacting with people and helping them through various domestic relation matters. Since then, she has made the transition to family law and has dedicated her practice to this area.
